Impact Color preferred file format
is a high-resolution PDF file. Please create the PDF with fonts outlined and graphics linked; use the option to save the PDF for “Press Quality”.
Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop
Please outline all fonts and link all graphics and images.
Word, Power Point, Excel, and Publisher
Microsoft Publisher has an excellent “Pack and Go” option for submitting files to a commercial printer; please use that option if submitting Publisher files.
